HR Business Partner (m/f)

We are looking for a full time HR Business Partner (HRBP) to strengthen our team with experience in change management, future-oriented thinking and new ways of working.

An empathic personality who is able to generate trust and has a strong focus on people and leadership development. Expertise with surrounding of information and technology industry would be advantageous. The HRBP designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.

The responsibilities are within the Human Resources function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines general profile:

  • Recognized expert within the function requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise, interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
  • Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
  • Trains/mentors junior staff recommended skills
  • Functional knowledge such as serving as an expert of own discipline to clients
  • To interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
  • Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives
  • Anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view

a). Execute on HR Processes:

  • Guide through new Enabling Performance implementation/process throughout the year
  • Facilitate Talent Management Process
    continue to support best-in-class HR system shift to Workday
  • Drive modern Talent Acquisition & Development
    Handle Compensation & Payroll
  • Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Prepare and conduct important HR meetings and reportings

b). Organisational Engagement & People development:

Objectives

  • Increase NPS score and employer satisfaction score
    Analysis & engagement planning based on results
  • Co-drive search & support onboarding of new employees

2). Strategic HR Needs

“Walk the talk” – be present within LNAT team, act as exchange partner for especially leadership team but also all employees. Identify needs and weak points and act as challenging partner for LNATs CEO and SLT. Contribute HR know how around new ways of working and identify and co-direct initiatives towards that:

  • Co direct SVPG project from an HR perspective
  • Implement OKR methodology
  • Steer transformation of work environment
  • Co-steer restructuring of departments for sustainable business needs
  • Steer initiative to empower LNAT leadership team and foster taking responsibility

Spread key messages from best practice exchange with CEMEA HR within LNAT Develop employer Branding initiatives, for LNAT to become a more attractive employer Raise internal initiatives to support attractiveness of LNAT as employer.

Yearly salary: EURO 55.000,- plus Bonus EURO 20.000,-
